Nancy graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama Opera Course in 2023. Whilst at Guildhall, roles included Mrs Patrick De Rocher in Dead Man Walking (Heggie), Jean de Moncerf in Le Portrait de Manon (Massenet) and Lisa in I due timidi (Rota).
Nancy will be joining Garsington Opera as an Alvarez Young Artist 2024, covering the role of Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream, playing the role of Vendangeuse 2 and chorus in Platée and chorus in Un Giorno di Regno.
Recent highlights include joining Nevill Holt Opera as an Associate Artist 2023 playing the role of Tisbe in La Cenerentola, Clonter Opera Autumn Gala and performing the role of Lola in Cavalleria Rusticana (Leoncavallo) in a semi-staged performance with the Cambridge Philharmonic Orchestra.
Nancy has previously performed with British Youth Opera, winning the Basil A Turner Award for her performance of Mistress Quickly (Sir John in Love); Opera Holland Park and Vache Baroque Opera Festival and performed with them at the Lyric Baroque Festival in Italy. She is a Help Musicians Sybil Tutton Opera Award Holder and a Countess of Munster Trust Award Winner.
She was due to join the Glyndebourne Festival Chorus in their cancelled 2020 season. In 2019, she made her Barbican Concert Hall debut in a Pre-LSO Artists Platform Recital and won the Paul Hamburger Prize for Voice at Graham Johnson’s GSMD Song Guild.
Nancy is a keen oratorio soloist, having performed Mozart’s Mass in C Minor, Requiem and Vesperae solennes de confessore, Handel’s Messiah, Bach’s Weihnachts-Oratorium (Part 1), Beethoven’s Mass in C, Saint-Saën's Oratorio de Noël, Schubert’s Mass in Eb Major and Vivaldi’s Gloria and Magnificat.
